I wanted to go to Nesso for years & finally got to for my birthday. Italian is my favorite food, and honestly, it was a huge let down. I knew it was on the pricier side - because I looked at the menu before I went - but I had no idea on the amount of food you get for that price. My husband received only 3 ravioli's in his dish - yes THREE, and my dish maybe had 10 noodles. The food did not live up to expectations. The Pappardelle brisket was mushy with no “smoked” flavor, almost like a sous vide meat. The Linguine Nero sauce was thick and heavy and overshadowed the seafood. The Verlasso Salmon was delish and the best dish of the night. Crisp skin and tender flesh with an excellent pesto and caponata accompaniment. Desserts were meh. Overall, it didn’t live up to the menu price points.

Everything was fantastic. Dinner service painfully slow Early seating yet 2.5 hours to complete meal
Honestly very disappointed. Not up to my usual experiences at Cunningham establishments. Our server was, IMHO, very pushy. Pressing us for our orders, asking us to clean up when we were still clearly eating, visibly irritated with a couple people in our group who were having trouble deciding what to order, as well as only recommending the most expensive items on the menu web. The 62.00 fish was a small portion. Skin was hard to maneuver and too thin. Went home hungry.
Make sure you have 2-3 hours for your meal, when choosing this restaurant....and know that it is PRICY! We arrived at our 7pm reservation time, the restaurant was about 1/3 full. They sat us at a high top table in the bar area. Our waitress waited a long time to take our order (about 30 minutes). Since it took so long, we ordered appetizers and meals at the same time.
