Doing a VA loan, it went quicker than the norm. Alan did everything possible to get us the best rate for our loan. A bit more combined with underwriter effort before 2 weeks to close rather than the last couple of days would have been nice though!

Alan Stallings and Kaycee Chapman are very accommodating and helpful. They were patient with us as my wife and I were very busy with work, trying to sell our existing house, closing on our new house, and taking care of a lot of other issues. Alan even met me at work a couple of times to pick up documents. He also made a last minute arrangement for a closer location to meet for our closing. They are fantastic!
