I went to the ivitamin lounge tonight, and had an amazing visit with Dr. Kashouty. He is helpful, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. The lounge is brand new, sparkling clean, has superb and friendly staff and is truly a great edition to our area. I’d recommend Dr. Kashouty to anyone.
I will never use anyone but Dr Kashouty for my botox injections. I always get the best results with him.
I have used Dr Kashouty for Botox injections over the past three years at Premier Neurology and I have to say that he is the best in Botox injection. After all, he is a medical botox specialist and I will not use anyone else. I will be going to his new lounge Ivitamin lounge.

Very deceptive pricing. I don’t mind paying for a good service but I don’t like being fooled. My procedure exceeded $1700 over the $630 Groupon. Yeah ridiculous they tell you that when it’s all done.

This medical office sends several people in that try to upsell you on packages that they are running on top of the Groupon before you even meet the NP or doctor. This Groupon is a great price for Botox, but just be aware that you more than likely are going to be spending at least $1000 additional. Overall, the amount I spent on my “maintenance” over doubled due to the amount of services they are very persistent in selling while you are there.
Poked too hard. Drew blood ,then nurse practitioner said I have tough skin. Botox dripping on my face Lousy experience. Should have scheduled with real doctor. Special not honored.

Don’t go for it. They are a ripoff. Hard sell and little delivery for what they sell you after you have already paid for your Groupon. I’d go for no stars if I could.
