Hidden fees

Charged 600 dollars for botox. Saw no difference what so ever.

I realized at the last minute that I had to go to Orlando for my much loved visit!! I read the fine print and realized I couldn't get to Orlando anytime soon. What a waste !!

Let me begin by saying that I’ve had plenty of Botox, always the same amount, always in the same place, and always THRILLED with results. This doctor, however, applied the Botox in a way where the top of my forehead didn’t move, but the bottom of it did. It left me with a realllly weird look and worsened wrinkles right above my eyebrows. I am completely dissatisfied with this Groupon.

They are only concerned about selling more once you go in for the Groupon, This is where they get you. Then, they tell you for the additional units they will honor the Groupon price, except anything over that amount will be charged full price. Not fully disclosed in the briefing prior either. Although they swear they do. I liked the Doctor, but was running really late. One lady prior just walked out. Upon arrival, I was asked about 6 times if I was using a Groupon. Reem Nwaiser, the esthetician, proceeded to refer to using a Groupon with a very condescending tone the entire time. She then went on to tell me that I was not getting a "medical grade" micro-needling service, because I was using a Groupon. She also said she was not going to numb me for the same reason. I feel weird there some people really answered all my question and others who is in the reception area only want to avoid my questions

I wouldn't say it was horrific. The staff were amazing. Super friendly, beautiful office. I just didn't get the results that I was expecting. I opted for the energy boost and I really have not felt a difference. I did wait 3 days to post anything because I wanted to make sure that it wasn't a delayed reaction. But I don't feel any more energetic that before
