I still haven't seen the results they said I would receive - it's been 2 weeks...
I really dislike it when they try and talk you into spending more money after you've already spent over $500 with Groupon. It's the hard sell that will make me not ever go there again. It made me very uncomfortable, to say the least when they tried to talk me into spending $1800 more. As it turned out, I ended up paying an additional $500...

The $500 that was spent was discussed in the consult before your injections, as we did not believe that the units purchased with the Groupon would get you to the results that you requested. I went there because I saw it's 80m; other places usually do 60m. (Found out 80m was including preparation.) When my teeth were applied the whitening gel, I can feel of burning on my gum (H2O2.) 1st time did 10m, and she set LED 15m @ 2nd time. I couldn't be patient any longer than 10mins or so. So I stopped. I did whitening teeth 3 times at other places. It was very nice and never had irritation.
Everyone in the place is great I loved the experience.

I would not trust my skincare to anyone but Erika. She is amazing.
When I made an appointment, I told them I wanted to see the same doctor. Today, Friday29th, I was there, but only a nurse practitioner worked, not my doctor. The assistant tried to say that "the doctor was here, so was a nurse practitioner." She tried to say the doctor and NP have performed the same. I finally found out that my doctor works on Thursdays. Why did they just say so?
Informed staff I was using Groupon, provider ended up doing more with no discussion of cost or rates and I ended up with a bill owing hundreds beyond the Groupon already purchased.

I bought 20 units of Botox. Paid for an extra 4 units at their normal rate because that was suggested to me. 99% sure they didn’t use Botox, used Xeomin. I’ve gone elsewhere since and can see the difference. The doctor was very rushed, zero personality, didn’t explain anything. Didn’t seem like they were trying to capture a forever customer, just making money on people who don’t know. Sad.

Amy, we do not use Xeomin at our practice. If Dr Kashouty said he used Botox it means he used Botox. The voucher you purchased was for Botox not Xeomin. If you called us for a follow up appointment we would be more than happy to assist you and get you in for a touch up. It is unfortunate that you think this way about our practice.
