Nv Water and Fire are extremely professional and competent. They have a program that they followed, but they were willing to adapt to our needs and desires. We had an explosion and fire underneath the house which is a very difficult place to work, they did great. In addition, they cleaned all of the furniture that was salvageable, all of the walls and ceilings, cabinets, etc. They got underneath the house and removed the insulation, and they sprayed all of the affected beams. The company reached out to me promptly despite the holiday weekend. When they arrived ***** explained the whole process to us. He is very thorough and knowledgeable and was always prompt in responding to our questions. The entire team was kind and professional. They are amazing to work with and its unfortunate we had to go through this, but the team at Nevada water and fire restoration really made this a smooth process and ease the stress of what we are going through. Highly would recommend them to anyone!

We contacted Nevada Water and Fire Restoration after a pipe burst under our kitchen sink. Nevada Water and Fire Restoration came the same day as the plumber was finishing up the pipe repair. ***** inspected the water damage and set up a crew to come and begin the drying and repair work. ***** was very friendly, helpful and professional. **** and his crew arrived a day later did the water clean up and installed the fans for drying. Nevada Water and Fire Restoration responded the same day regarding my water leak. They did a thorough job of inspecting and assessing the damage. They were back the next day to begin the process of demo and drying out the affected areas. Did a great cleanup, making sure that dust and debris were contained. Am now waiting for an inspector to come before getting the go ahead to begin reconstruction work. At every stage I was kept in the loop as to what was being done and all my questions were answered.
