I had an emergency situation with my dog over the last couple days. I went to another vet before I came here. The receptionist there didn't even want to hear what Charlie's problem was. Literally cut me off to tell me that they had a full schedule and it would cost more if she had to pull the Dr. away from another appointment. I immediately walked out. First time there and have not picked my dog up yet. I can tell you that they are very pricey. That said; there is no price on keeping my dog healthy.
Thankfully, we don't have to use their services often, but when we do, their skill level, expertise, clarity of communication, & reasonable fee schedule are unparalleled. We have never had anything but the very best of experiences here, & this time is no exception. Special shout out to Dr. Lioce. She may look like a college student, but she's a skilled veterinarian & surgeon
They took excellent care of my cat Reese. She was here to have an ECHO done. Her vet pick up a heart murmur & suggested them. They were warm & understanding. They answered all my questions concerning my cat’s condition. I will highly recommended them for care of your cat or dog.

The staff was warm and comforting when we brought our Persian cat in as an emergency. He was having trouble breathing and they did everything they could. They made sure I was aware of the steps they wanted to take for treatment and that I agreed. Our poor boy declined quickly and passed on the table due to a heart attack before we could start any treatment. Thank you for your compassion through this terrible ordeal.
