RecommendedWe had a wonderful experience start to finish with the NEAMC. I brought my dog in who was sick almost two weeks ago, after running many tests we found out that he had Lymphoma throughout his entire body. The staff at NEAMC (every single person) was compassionate, kind, and so helpful. They answered all my questions, never made me feel rushed and I always felt heard. I had been calling in home euthanasia places all morning, with no availability, my poor beagle Dixie HATES car ride and trips to the vets. I called NEAMC, mostly because they were close by, and her vet office was closed. I am extremely pleased with everyone we dealt with there. Everyone was so kind, sensitive to our sadness and very sweet!! They made this experience a lot easier with their kindness. I always felt that the doctors & staff at NEAMC truly cared about my dog, so much so that I drove 20 miles to get there despite there being a veterinarian office at the end of my street. I brought my dog here from adoption day until his passing and they helped me manage all stages of his life. The whole staff is very kind & caring and I highly recommend this facility.

I had an emergency situation with my dog over the last couple days. I went to another vet before I came here. The receptionist there didn't even want to hear what Charlie's problem was. Literally cut me off to tell me that they had a full schedule and it would cost more if she had to pull the Dr. away from another appointment. I immediately walked out. First time there and have not picked my dog up yet. I can tell you that they are very pricey. That said; there is no price on keeping my dog healthy.
Thankfully, we don't have to use their services often, but when we do, their skill level, expertise, clarity of communication, & reasonable fee schedule are unparalleled. We have never had anything but the very best of experiences here, & this time is no exception. Special shout out to Dr. Lioce. She may look like a college student, but she's a skilled veterinarian & surgeon
