I have nothing but good things to say! Yesterday, my pup was referred after X-rays at our regular vet showed a possible obstruction. From the moment we entered I felt like we were cared for. The desk staff were patient and listened (even if what I was saying wasn't necessary for the intake itself), the techs were so sweet to my boy and the vet was compassionate and thorough. My quote was significantly higher based upon what he may have required overnight if he took a turn for the worse. I ended up with a significant refund ... read more

They took such good care of my cat! The staff at NEAMC was really so nice & what a professional team. They were so kind to my little Cheeto - and we enjoyed the compliments on her beauty �. Busy, but they kept everyone moving. Fair prices to top it all off.
We just left here with Loki and Salem! Diane was incredible and very knowledgeable. We are moving to Hawaii and it's very difficult relocating pets there. Diane helped us get all the paperwork and tests we needed. I will never recommend another vet to anyone of my friends! I can tell you that I feel more at ease with this moving process with my to cats! I couldn't be happier. Diane I LOVE YOU.
My guinea pig wasn't eating, drinking, or going to the bathroom. He was just laying around. Didn't want to eat fruits or vegetables. They took excellent care of him. 😀
I have not even visited this office yet and I cannot express my gratitude enough. After a stressful few weeks of finding out about my cat's heart defect, I finally see some light at the end of the tunnel.
