my 12 year old German Shepherd had a piece of a lacrosse ball lodged in her GI tract.. and they hit her with a team of specialists that was just unbelievable care they undoubtedly saved Zoey's life and I will forever be grateful to New England Animal Medical Center thank you so much.. Zoe is back to her normal self and we just couldn't be happier.. I couldn't sleep at 3 in the morning worrying about my poor Zoe and the Night Nurse talk to me for like 10 minutes while I cried and cried just a plus service

We are grateful that you shared your experience. 🥰🥰🥰 We know how scary it is to have a sick pet and all staff members try very hard to reassure clients and put everyone's mind at ease. So glad that Zoey is back home with you!!
I was able to have my pup same day seen. Everyone is great! Dr. was a Great Vet, great bed side manner, listened!! All Staff very Professional, excellent medical care, such a relief. They took wonderful care of my Pup Meeah. I am very grateful!
After having difficulty getting in with the regular vet for follow up of a aural hematoma being drained on my dogs ear for several weeks I started looking for a new vet to handle urgency when it blew up and became inflamed. I couldn’t leave him in pain and began calling around for a different vet to treat him. no vets that I contacted were taking new patients due to covid and I was advised to try NE animal medical center. they took him in ASAP. He had surgery same day and they are managing source as well as treating his ch... read more
We recently made the switch to NEAMC when we moved as our old vet was too far of a drive. We’ve been treated with professionalism from start to finish with making appointments and coming in for emergency visits. All of my questions have been answered in ways I can follow along and our cats are treated with with kindness, love and affection from everyone there (even if Porkchop was a bit too spicy to come out of her carrier).

Thank you for sharing ❤️
Honestly out of many Veternarians this place and especially the people every single person working in that building are above and beyond. They took her in for an emergency visit they kept her over 6 hours I asked them to be thorough and they did exactly that as far as the expense they didn’t touch any vet or emergency visit not even close!!! I expected to pay at least $2500-3000 it was under $900 of course every case is different she was bleeding when she pooped not the same as broken leg. They took her all day for an ultras... read more

Although both the ER and doctors office are overwhelmed with case loads, due to Covid, staffing, and so many more animals than usual, we had a long but thorough experience. The only suggestion is staff let patients and ER patients know they are short staffed, and have long wait times up front. I think that would ease worried owners. Our first drop off in the ER, we were not aware of these circumstances, which in turn made us uneasy. Had I known upfront I wouldn’t have been firm with multiple phone calls. Our cat had to be R... read more

Thank you Tracy for your kind words and understanding how hard it can be for our staff to handle stable cases immediately. Everyone is triaged and critical cases are always seen first. Which means, stable patients must wait a little longer. All of our patients are important and we do our best everyday. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Thank you!!
