Bentley didn’t have to wait long. You gave us good advice. And I could feel your compassion. Thank you for making such a horrible morning go so smoothly. We all know when something is wrong with our fur babies it’s really hard for both you and your pet. The pandemic has put even more strain by preventing entrance of pet parents. However, NEAMC took amazing care of my baby, Louie. I was not in a good state, I was so worried about him. The staff at NEAMC not only helped my kitty feel better, they did everything they could to do the same for me. I’m a nurse, so I know it’s not easy dealing with stressed out families in these times. I highly recommend NEAMC!

Dr. Peabody is such a wonderful vet and did an amazing job with our greyhound, Dudley’s dental. At 13.5 we were extremely nervous about having the procedure done but she did an amazing job.

NEAMC truly cares about our 13 year old KiKie girl. Dr Peabody has a big heart, she is working with us to keep KiKie comfortable while she is living with a tumor until KiKie decides when she can’t fight anymore. I highly recommend taking your fur babies here! Everyone from the front desk, the vet assistants and the doctors are professional, knowledgeable and caring to us as parents and our babies. I don’t understand some of the bad reviews. We brought our cat, Cheesecake, in during an emergency when her regular vet was closed. They took her in right away and yes we did wait almost 3 hours in the parking lot but considering they were squeezing her in that was almost to be expected. The communication while we were waiting and follow up were amazing. Dr. Peabody was so kind and patient that we’ve made New England AMC our primary vet even though they’re over 30 minutes away from where we live.
