They were the only company that designed the system with a single condenser. They handled all of the paperwork including a handsome rebate for integrating with my oil burner. RecommendedWe had a system installed by New England Ductless about three years ago. Recently I was having a problem with one of the pumps. They assigned a crew to come and check it out. They could not find anything but in our conversation I complained the pump was too loud when it operated. They said there is a new , quieter model that came out recently.
