Justin more than met my expectations. He found a problem with the original installation and corrected it. He also explained the system to me in more depth than anyone else had so that now I understand that some of what I was doing caused a problem. He was very helpful. I'm now satisfied with the system.

Update for earlier review from 6/12: This one is for re-install for New England Ductless. RE-install team did show up on Friday 6/18. Did a great job re-installing outside condenser unit on a stand. Also had to bring extra sized pad and added rocks to level. Had to re-run ducts and also put a surge protector on the electrical for me without me asking. Once again cleaned up the site impeccably. Well, such a mixed review for me. Corey was the guy who came out to discuss the product, do an estimate. We spent a lengthy amount of time explaining where we wanted the wiring on the house and to elevate the outside unit on an 18 inch stand. All this was promised etc. Install day, all went extremely well. I went outside and caught the installers just in time as they were going to install the wiring on the siding when we discussed with Corey about putting in on the foundation. Our new Heat Pump installation was completed today and we are now ready for the summer heat and the winter cold. Thanks to Brian for his knowledge, patience, and advice. A huge shoutout to Sammy's competent, courteous, and professional installation crew who worked around our schedule, our presence, and our dachshund. I chose New England Ductless, because their salesperson (Brian) spent a couple hours answering all my questions. He walked me through everything I needed to do. I recommend New England Ductless, because their chief installed (David) also was very patient with me. We worked together on equipment placement. He explained how I can control the system. The installations all look very good.
