RecommendedThe whole New England Ductless team was professional and responsive. We worked with them through the Heat Smart Arlington program. They did a great job hiding the refrigerant lines in our 90 year old house despite some difficulties. Can't wait for a summer with AC!

RecommendedThe installation was great - everyone was very responsive and prompt. The only downside was that I was not told that the heat pump system required a large compressor outside of my house. I would have chosen a different location if I knew. I was told how big the inside unit was but that was it.

I can't wait to express my gratitude to Joe and his crew. New England ductless installed 5 zones mini split system on July 2016, and since then the system has worked perfectly both air conditioning and heat. During brutally cold period at the end of last year, the heat pump worked very well. After big snow storm last Thursday i did not clear snow around outdoor unit very well and on Friday when i turned on the heat, the system reported error.
