RecommendedBest experience! I adopted a older kitty last week and was worried and stressed about her. They really helped me with my questions and concerns. I wish I could remember the vets name and the assistant to thank them on here. I'm going to transfer my other kitty to New Haven now.
I hadnt brought any pets to New Haven Pet Hospital before, but when my dog Ruxin was experiencing leg pain, I needed to get him looked at fast. I called at 8 a.m. and was scheduled that same afternoon. Karli helped me check in, and with an online form, there wasn't anything I had to do. Karli was great with my dog, and despite his leg, he was overall relaxed. Dr. Kyle Krish was fantastic. He was able to figure out it was just a loose knee cap, and he also explained all of the possible issues I might run across in the future.... read more
They are always very helpful and informative, and they're treatment regimen for the current malady seemed reasonable compared to what we were fearing from our online searches.
I have been going to this clinic with my dogs (currently have four) for a couple years now. I cannot think of one negative comment; I have the greatest trust in the care my dogs have received and the whole staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic if you are in need of vet care for an animal!
They have always been our vet for our fur baby Maggie. When we had to put Maggie down they were so wonderful. We stayed in the room with her until she was gone. We had her cremated and they took care of everything for us. They were awesome about everything. They treat your babies like they are their own.
