My vet was closed for the holiday weekend. I called and explained that my dog was sick and had a history of diabetes and congestive heart failure and I felt he wasn't going to make it until my vet opened again on Tuesday. We were squeezed in within 45 minutes. Dr. Eisenhauer and staff were very kind to us, they walked us through each step, assured us that it was time to let him go and they gave us time to say "goodbye." I am grateful that they made a horrible experience so much easier. Thank you!

This place... all employees from the vets, assistants, techs, front desk, kennel help....every single last person is incredible. They care so much about their clients. It shows in everything they do. We (my mother and I) have been going here for 30+ years and I would NEVER go anyplace else. You can try others if you like, but I truly suggest you give them a shot. You won’t be disappointed!!
New Haven Pet Hospital has been so good with all my animals' check ups. They also are wonderful with boarding for my dog Ava. Today I dropped her off for the holiday weekend and the warm welcome she received was all the reassurance that she will continue to get great care while we are out of town. Thank you for all you do!

I have been going there for over 30 years and have said good-bye to some sweet fur babies over the years. I wouldn't trust any other pet hospital to take care of my dogs. They have all lived long, healthy lives under their care. Thank you New Haven Pet Hospital for caring for my most precious family members.
My dog Matelyn and I just had our first appointment at NHPH. Dr McKaig couldn't have been nicer. What a guy! The staff was all so friendly and welcoming and I got exactly what I was looking for: an HONEST opinion. I shall not forget the kindness or the great service. Thank you.
