My beautiful dog,Lucy 12 yrs old. got sick. The staff were so caring and helpful. Finally the time came when we had to make a decision. Whether to let her suffer or euthanize. such a hard decision. But everyone was so helpful and kind. I can't say thank you enough. The Dr. made our experience a peaceful one. God really blessed us and answered our prayers thru you. It has been about 7 months and I am thinking about getting a puppy again. We will definitely choose New Haven Pet Hospital!!!
The doctors and staff are very compassionate and good at what they do, taking care of animals and their owners. So grateful for all of them.
Went for the first time this week with my Pit and was very pleased with the attention, attitude and demeanor for the staff. Good building and very welcoming. Helped out “Maníto” and myself and will make them my go to from now on.

So I just lost my 3rd fur baby in 2019! They took the time to send me flowers during my grieving period. I just can't say enough about the staff and doctors. So compassionate and kind. Thank you to the entire office for always being so gentle and loving....it takes a special someone to do what these people do, day in and day out!! ❤❤❤

I have what you could call a difficult cat. He can be aggressive with anyone except me. Many other vets have responded to that by being equally aggressive with him. New Haven Pet Hospital has always treated him with exceptional kindness and make me comfortable during the process also. This puts me at ease knowing that the vet and techs taking care of him are doing so with love and care. New Haven Pet Hospital is by far the best vet around.
