I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Dawn Rickert and the staff at New Hope Cosmetic & Family Dentistry. Without exception each of the staff members I met was gracious and welcoming. I am truly happy to be a patient in their practice.

Dr. Rickert and staff are incredible. I’ve been terrified of the dentist, but no more thanks to New Hope Cosmetic and Family Dentistry. 5 stars!!!!!

• Check in was easy and quick • Jeanine, my DH was amazing! She has a great personality and a very gentle touch. Plus my teeth felt amazing after the cleaning • Dr. Richert is very attentive and spends ample time w/ ea of her pts • The entire staff is friendly, professional, courteous, and upbeat, which is a direct reflection of Dr. Richert • Could play better music - how about some Classic Rock (AC/DC 🤘🏼)

I had a dentist phobia for decades, and ironically, Dr. Rickert is in the building of my childhood dentist. Without getting into details of my past horror situation, Dr. Rickert has helped me overcome my fears and is compassionate and I’ll thank her forever for helping me overcome my fear of dentists.
