Everyone is friendly, yet professional. Amy does a wonderful job of cleaning my teeth! Dr. Rickert is great and explains things to you. The front desk crew greets you and does a wonderful job getting the insurance processed quickly and efficiently. Thank you!
Dr. Ricket is very professional, skilled, pleasant and reassuring throughout the appointment. Her staff also made my visit uncomplicated and pleasant.
Nancy was great. I had a lot of work to do. She was gentle but through. Dr. Rickert had a great manner. I look forward to years of dental care with this office. A true gem!
Great teamwork between Dr. Rickert, Sue and Amy. Top notch and professional medical treatment and techniques by all but what puts them in the 5 Star category for me is how they communicate with me the entire time I'm in the chair. Ask how I'm doing or telling me what steps come next, etc. Much appreciated.

Had the temp hygienist. She was fine, but I prefer Allison. Not sure if it's because I'm used to her. Thank you to everyone on your staff who signed the sympathy card for Chris. It meant so much to us. I couldn't tell you that today. Too emotional. Love you all. Nancy
