Many years ago I had a bad experience with a dentist while in the military and after that my experiences at the dentist always seemed to be amplified. At my first visit at New Hope Cosmetic & Family Dentistry, Dr. Rickert and staff made me feel at ease partly due to their efforts to make me feel at ease and partly due to me experiencing their skill levels. Front desk receptionist is always very pleasant and welcoming. Amy - my hygenist asks pertinent questions and listens to and responds knowledgeably to any concerns and questions. Also, very pleasant and easy to deal with. Gives very clear instructions. Dr. Rickert - always very pleasant and answers all questions concerns. This practice is one of the best I have been to and enjoy my visits. Patient rooms are always clean and bright.
