Dr. Jacono did a mini face lift for me about a year ago. My neck looks great after healing but I did not like my mini face lift, it looks like he did not make a difference. For thirty five thousand dollars it was not worth it. During my healing time, I make several visits to Dr. Jacono's office for follow up and the wait time always well over two hours especially if you go early in the morning. Horrible doctor that causes permanent damage, period!
I'd recomend finding another doctor unless you want someone who doesn't listen and is not competent. I am living to regret ever having surgery with him.
I had rhinoplasty and otoplasty 9 months ago and am extremely unhappy with the results. I only consulted with Dr. Jacono as I found his work to be amazing and heard nothing but good things about him. As far as my nose goes, the right side of my nose has collapsed, he left a graft sticking out from one nostril, and my tip is very asymmetrical. He is a terrible surgeon. Dr. 90210 with no skills. All the arrogance and none of the talent. Stay far away.
Dr. Jacono is a good surgeon but seems to always be on vacation so if you have surgery with him check to make sure he will be available for two weeks after your surgery in case of complications. The anesthesiologist he used for my daughter was terrible and she ended up in the emergency room twice in one week after her rhinoplasty. If you get assigned to Dr. Fox jump off the operating table and run out the door. Always go for a few opinions before you choose a surgeon and do a lot of research. I personally think Jacono is a poor cosmetic surgeon and very unprofessional. He did a basic procedure on me and left me arguably worse off than I was in the first place. I wish I had gotten a few more opinions before letting him touch my face. The thing that annoys me most is that he essentially lied to me during the recovery process. I would ask him "Is this issue going to improve" and he would say "Of course it will" and act like I was crazy for asking such a question. I would not recommend using dr jacono. I had a mid facelift, brow lift and revision rhinoplasty. The mid facelift has left me with asymmetry where one cheek is higher than the other. I have pleated skin more noticeable on one side than the other. He also pulled the skin too high over my cheekbones leaving an unnatural look with lines radiating from my mouth when I speak.
