He is a terrible surgeon. Dr. 90210 with no skills. All the arrogance and none of the talent. Stay far away.
Dr. Jacono is a good surgeon but seems to always be on vacation so if you have surgery with him check to make sure he will be available for two weeks after your surgery in case of complications. The anesthesiologist he used for my daughter was terrible and she ended up in the emergency room twice in one week after her rhinoplasty. If you get assigned to Dr. Fox jump off the operating table and run out the door. Always go for a few opinions before you choose a surgeon and do a lot of research. I personally think Jacono is a poor cosmetic surgeon and very unprofessional. He did a basic procedure on me and left me arguably worse off than I was in the first place. I wish I had gotten a few more opinions before letting him touch my face. The thing that annoys me most is that he essentially lied to me during the recovery process. I would ask him "Is this issue going to improve" and he would say "Of course it will" and act like I was crazy for asking such a question. I would not recommend using dr jacono. I had a mid facelift, brow lift and revision rhinoplasty. The mid facelift has left me with asymmetry where one cheek is higher than the other. I have pleated skin more noticeable on one side than the other. He also pulled the skin too high over my cheekbones leaving an unnatural look with lines radiating from my mouth when I speak. Getting this surgery is the biggest regret of my life. I had surgery on my upper and lower eyelids. During my consultation, I expressed I did not want my almond shaped eyes to change. Dr. Jacono promised me that they wouldn't and that I would have no scarring. The outcome was horrific! I had huge round eyes, like saucers, with scarring above and below both eyes. I went to this Doctor for a "non-invasive" mid face lift. He did one of the most invasive surgeries ever leaving me with extensive nerve damage and a totally fake look. My family and friends say I don't look like myself. He cut inside my mouth - into my upper gums which are now numb. Food gets stuck in my upper mouth because I cannot feel the tissue. Dr. Jacono was shockingly unprofessional during my follow-up visit after 4 Fraxel laser resurfacing treatments. While viewing my before & after photos, I expressed that I saw no difference in the 2 photos. When he zoomed in on the area of my face with the deepest acne scarring, he said laser resurfacing could never improve this area. I asked why no one mentioned that during my initial consultation.
