From the check in process with Lindsey to the check out process with Brittney, every step of the way is personable, pleasant, and professional. Dr. Shah has put together a tremendous group of all-star individuals for every role at Newark Smiles! The RDH specialists Sarah and Brittany do such an excellent job that I look forward to getting my teeth cleaned! No surprise this is voted #1 Dental Practice in Licking County!!!

I went in for my first appointment with the hygienist today. Sarah wa friendly and welcoming. She explained what was happening in a way that was very clear. She listened to me and answered my questions clearly. I felt that they would treat me fairly. I would recommend Newark Smiles to my family and friends.

For someone who has always hated the dentist, my whole life, Newark Smiles has made it a pleasant experience. My dental hygienist Britney is so gentle and knows how I feel and is very tuned into the patient. This office is always on time and everyone in the office is very professional and friendly. We always feel like we are treated very well. Other dentists we have gone to make you feel like you’re on an assembly line and pressure for getting other things done. We don’t feel that at all. Please don’t change.
