First time to their office and everyone was pleasant and willing to assist. Basically just got a cleaning and x-rays, but they did an excellent job!
This dental practice employs some of the best professionals in the business. Every single person a patient comes in contact with, from the front desk to the dentists is top notch. The practice is run with kindness, compassion and respect coupled with an amazingly high level of professionalism, knowledge and technology. I truly believe Newark Smiles is the best of the best in dentistry.

I’ve been with this practice for a number of years, thus experiencing a wide variety of needs. Everything has been done with extreme professionalism, with my comfort and well-being always at the forefront. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dental office that truly cares about its’ patients.
Dr Shaw is always very clear about what he is going to do during your visit. He was very patient in explaining my upcoming tooth extraction and took time to answer any questions . The lady who was doing my scheduling explained my bill , payments, and had me sign a paper that outlined possible side effects. She did not rush me at all throughout the entire billing and scheduling time . I would never go anywhere else for my dentistry needs other than Dr.Shah and Newark Smiles.
Very short waste time. Exam and cleaning went well. No insurance issues. In-N-Out. That’s my kind of service. Brittany is always a pleasure to see. She is one of your best.
Everyone is super friendly. It was my first visit however, and the receptionist forgot to check me in correctly so I had to wait until finally I got up and asked what was taking so long and another person told me that she did not save it after she checked me in. Other than that, they would get five stars from me just an oversight. I’m sure but it was frustrating because I don’t like going to the dentist anyway.
