I contacted Rum Runner/Classic Cruises of Newport looking to purchase 2 evening cruise tickets as a 65th birthday gift. We did the sunset cruise this past weekend and had a blast! The crew was extremely helpful and personable and they were not shy with the beverages! We ended up going out longer than the 90 minutes as there was not much wind, and while we didn't see a whole lot of Newport harbor and the surrounding area. . we had a blast.

Did the sunset cruise with my girlfriend and it was a great time! Staff on board was very friendly and personable and they aren't kidding when they give you unlimited champagne / beer. The views are great of the bay. I'd recommend going with the champagne over the beer (wasn't huge on the Narragansett beer..reminded me of a local Natty light). It does get cold even if it's close to 90 on land so definitely dress appropriately. Definitely worth the $35.

My husband and I sailed on the Madeleine this past Sunday and had a great time! The crew was very friendly and informative. The views were amazing and the weather could not have been more perfect! Loved it!!
