We did the Sunset Sail on the Madeleine, it was beautiful! The boat crew is extremely friendly (It was one of the members birthdays also, he was such a great spirit!), the champagne and beer keep on coming, and the ride is smooth and a beautiful tour of Newport Harbor! We went on this sail two years in a row now and we will definitely keep coming back!

Our family including grandma and our two children ages 7, 9 had a wonderful early afternoon trip aboard the Madeleine. There is an big area of the boat with benches slightly below deck so if you have small children it keeps them safely seated with no worries. The crew was friendly and informative regarding local sites and history, a great perspective of Newport. 90 minutes was perfect amount of time for us on the water, I had no issues with seasickness. I am sure if you get on the boat you booked, it is a lovely tour, but you better make sure the employees are competent enough not to book you on a different boat than you asked for. This morning, we decided to book a sunset sail. Our group of five took a 90 min. tour on the Madeline at 10:30 this morning. We sat near the back of the sailboat with Captain Dave navigating. Also attending were Tebow and Kat. They provided narration at the front of the boat and when we asked Dave if they could use a mic so we could hear he said 'no, this is what I'm here for'. He proceeded to spend almost the entire time talking to a fellow sailboat enthusiast who was taking the tour with his wife. Highly recommend!!! I've been three times and every time gets better and better! The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable of the area! Huge shout out to Captain Wes for a great experience! He was so funny and made the sail on the Madeline the highlight of our trip in Newport!! Can not thank you all enough!!
Headed out on the sunset sail cruise. It was amazing with the all you can drink champagne! I lucked out because the weather broke and there was a sunset to see! The crew was friendly and offered anecdotes and entertainment. The only downside was that it wasn't narrated so it would have been nice to know what we were seeing while sailing
Setting sail in Newport is awesome. The captain and crew on board were great as well. The champagne and beer was good and we couldn't have asked for a better time. Will definitely be making future trips here and will also be recommending you guys to others that will be in Newport.
A great "edutivity" My wife, daughter, and I spent a wonderful 90 minutes with the crew of the Madeleine this morning. The early cruise was a blast. Captain Wes did a great job making us feel safe and kept us informed of what was going on, as well as letting us know about the boat, the history of sailing in the area, and the sights as we swept by.
