Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience yesterday. I called to say I couldn't make my morning appointment due to illness. I had been up most of the night w/ a killer soar throat and cough and would not have survived the dental cleaning process and did not think it wise to bring my germs into the practice. I would have preferred to keep it and was hoping I would be feeling better by Monday morning, but was not. Great experience. Educated, articulate, patient centered team. Dr. Berik is excellent in her assessment and planning. She makes you feel comfortable and you instantly trust her opinion. She is honest and up front with her information specific to you. We met for an hour, she thoroughly reviewed my history and concerns. A month later I am wearing my Invisaline and very happy.
