I really appreciated the rapid response I received from the office. I broke a molar on a Saturday evening. We were due to leave for Italy on Monday morning. I contacted the office on Saturday evening and received a reply back within an hour. Dr. Walsh arranged to meet at the office on Sunday afternoon. He graciously took care of the problem and I left for vacation without worrying. Thank you.

Hygienist was great. Annoyed that the dentist never came to see me. I waited over ten minutes after the cleaning and had to leave so that I wouldn't get a parking ticket. I could hear her having a consultation with someone else, yet despite the hygienist signaling to her three times that I needed to be seen, the dentist still didn't come. I had to leave without her seeing me. It was disappointing. I have been seeing Dr. Walsh for years and have always had an excellent experience until now.
