Dr. Berik is great!!
Saw Ashley for the first time as my hygienist and she was great! She was very gentle and thorough. My teeth are very sensitive but I felt no pain during my cleaning. Very impressed
Annette does great work and I love chatting with her. She is honest about my needs, including what I need to do to improve my dental care!
My problem was solved quickly and effectively. The dentist was courteous, kind and efficient.
Excellent experience beginning at reception and continuing through cleaning and follow-up appointment scheduling.

Annette makes my smile amazing! She is gentle and efficient while being friendly and upbeat.
This is a great practice but this last visit was less pleasant because the reception staff seemed rushed and impatient with simple scheduling needs. Less than satisfactory customer service will never keep me away but it does affect how likely I am to recommend the practice.
So far, my root canal process has been good. Right now I have a temporary crown with the real new crown scheduled to be in place later in August.
