Appointment was on time, conducted efficiently and hygenist provided home care instructions
As usual my experience @ Newton Dental Associates was outstanding as I went there for my 6 month cleaning yesterdy. My hygenist's name was Heather. You could not ask for a nicer more informative dental hygenist. Every time I interrupted her w/a question re: my teeth she took the extra time to go over in detail and answer all of my questions until she was sure I unerstood the answers. Dr. Walsh is my dentist and he is excellent as well.
From begining to end everyone was great and very professional.
I got an appointment quickly for a disloged crown. very good service.

Though I live in Boston, I've been going to Newton Dental for close to four years now. It's a hike to get out there, but it's worth every minute. Drs. Berik and Walsh are friendly, kind, and so knowledgeable. They take the time to explain what they are doing and are always happy to explain the science behind their diagnoses. The hygienists (especially Tia) are gentle, thorough, and go the extra mile to make sure your entire mouth is healthy (eg: doing oral cancer screenings). Important crown re-glue done asap before a holiday. Great dental team.
My 6-month cleaning went very smoothly. We started right on time. The cleaning is very thorough, and Annette also alerted me to a potential issue with a tooth that I should keep an eye on. The staff is very friendly. While I was there, they also discovered a billing issue which was corrected. Also, they let me know that they had written off half the cost of a filling that my insurance wouldn't cover. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend NDA to anyone.
I came in for a semi annual cleaning. However Annette make it a pleasure and an event. It was a quiet day but the staff was buzzing. Great experience overall!
