the service is good, the assistants doing the cleaning are great, but the "partners" are more into business development than what a client really wants. Maybe this is why our healthcare costs are so high, think about it.... I would give them 5 stars if it weren't for their consistent drive to drum up business at the expense of insurance companies, and eventually ourselves ....
I had a very nice visit to Newton Dental. I had my teeth expertly cleaned. My gums and teeth were thoroughly examined and found to be in good order (for a change)! The staff greeted me with friendly smiles. Ms. Boston Magazine a/k/a Anna Berik provided me with practical advice about a stained filling on one of my front teeth and insight about dentists' SEO. A very pleasant experience!!!
Continue to enjoy using this practice after over 30 years. Just wish the exam rooms were a bit more private....
Great Cleaning! Everything was very clean and the painless as usual.
I am a person who is terrified of having any pain when it comes to injections in my gums ect and my experience with Dr Berik was lovely!! NO PAIN AT ALL.. I felt nothing and for the first time ever I am actually looking foward to go back to see her! Thanks Dr Berik and Casey her assistant for all of your help and to everyone there at Newton Dental Assoc.
