I can honestly say I enjoy going to the dentist. The hours are convenient, and the staff is wonderful and caring.
You guys make it easy to go to the dentist. Doctor Berik is easygoing, relaxed, and funny, she sets the tone, encouraging a feeling of safety and competence.
The staff was very, very attentive though I was even a bit late (I called). My experience was very good from my cleaning to my meeting with the dentist. I expected to be there longer and was pleasantly surprised that my visit was on the short side. Everyone was very friendly. The office is clean and modern for an older office building. I've been to nicer dental offices, but for the location, Newton Center, the age of the building and size of the practice is what it is I suppose. Always happy to have my teeth cleaned, twice a year, at Newton Dental. The dental technicians are friendly and classy (Heather Mahan for instance), and the view through the window is inspiring, whatever the weather. I really feel that they are keeping up with my various fillings both new and increasingly decrepit (that's a joke - they wouldn't let me keep really decrepit ones without persuading me to replace them). Everybody is helpful and easy to deal with. The dental work is superb but conservative in not doing anything unnecessary. They fit caps to perfection.
