I had my claim with Liberty Mutual. Reported my claim on their app and had repairs completed by Nexterra. Process was pretty sick. Wild how fast everything got done.
I turned in my claim on the 3rd, had an appraiser visit my house on the 5th, and repair was done a few days after. Now, that’s impressive!

Great mobile service! It's also nice that their vehicles are branded- makes it easy to spot them in a parking lot!
10/10 would be recommended in lieu of traditional ways of repairing your vehicle. It’s way easier and way more convenient for those of us that don’t have the time nor the energy to deal with collision centers or dealers.
