Nexterra in conjunction with Safeco / Liberty Mutual are a Joke. We had extensive hail damage to all of our vehicles. Prior to the hail storm our vehicle was not leaking. After the hailstorm and repair of the massive amount of dents, we find that our windshield is leaking above the driver. We submit a supplement. They denied the supplement because "Hail cannot shift or unseal a windshield". But it can move the metal around the windshield!!!! I am not sure how these people can sleep at night.
Horrible experience. Lack of communication. Hail storm. Hit our area, I’d say at least 40% of the customers that have experienced using them here have changed insurance carriers afterwards
