Terrible service. The local representative never returns my call or provides updates. Each time I call him he says he will call me back and never does. He called back once after missing my call only to tell me he has no information and will call me back-which he did not do. When I log tickets through Nexterra the representative who calls cannot provide accurate information. No one knows when my car will be ready but every job and process has a metric. Still after 8 months our vehicle has not been repaired due to a hail storm. You did not repair our vehile and were supposed to mail a refund check that would take 7 business days but has been twice as long, we have not recieved it so we can have someone else do the work. So, no vehicle repair and no refund. What kind of scam are you people running???

horrible experience. estimate way under written, $3500 estimate on a vehicle with over 12k in damages, cant get ahold of anyone, they dont call to discuss or anything.
Hope I never have to use them again for obvious reasons because who wants their car to look like a golf ball!?! But if I ever need my car fixed again I know who to call.
I have been dealing with Nexterra since November of 2021 they came to my company to clean overspray off of all the vehicles in the lot.. 3 times I had them reclean my windshield for the techs to me it was rock chips. Which the 2 different body shops I took it to said that overspray is in bedded in the windshield. well I went a different route and got my windshield replace. These people are the WORST! They do not communicate, and they have delayed TEN DAYS even emailing, texting, or calling me. When I call their offices they tell me they are 'escalating' my complaint, that has been made with great understanding that the person who answers the phone has no authority, but NOTHING HAPPENS! Liberty Mutual is forcing me to use them, and that is Liberty Mutuals' mistake. Avoid them BOTH!
Got an estimate on a Monday, they said I would have my estimate Friday, not the case. Received my estimate 4 weeks later with no other communication from them. I had to contact my insurance company 3 times and my agent 2 times before I was able to get the estimate. I would not recommend nor will I use this company to do my repairs, communication was nonexistent nonexistent
I had 3 vehicles damaged by hail. After 3 missed appointments they finally sent someone out for 2 of the 3 vehicles. After 2 more missed appointments, someone finally showed up for the 3rd vehicle. SO, a total of 4 times I sat and cooled my heels for a day waiting for someone who never arrived or even called to say they were running late or couldn't make it.
