I've been here a few times before and loved it. This time however everything seemed to disappoint. The food was no where as delicious as I remember it. Some of the items like the mushroom risotto and the lamb I honestly didn't want to eat. Service was ok. There was only one waitress and she was a bit bored since it was slow so she stared out the window a lot and therefore I could never get her attention. I had to speak up loudly in a very quiet restaurant to get any sort of attention from her. So I think after this experienc... read more

Second time at Nia and still good. Tapas are varied and filling. Great little spot.

My friends and I tried the 6 course tasting menu, and it was a very generous amount to share. We enjoyed a variety of flavors and I especially enjoyed the Nia Salad, the Spinach Cigars with Cucumber dipping sauce and the Seasonal Gnocchi. Not that we needed any more--but the Caramel Btead Pudding was delicious! The wine flights were interesting and complemented our meal. Our server was attentive but not invasive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the wine list and menu. This was a great discovery.

It was nice to share a variety of small plates of very tasty Mediterranean tapas. Great seasonal ingredients. Nice wine list. Very affordable. Could not believe how few patrons were there. They should have been jam packed. Decor is very dated, and needs to be redone, but bathrooms were clean and that usually shows that the owners care. We will definitely return.

Had a great meal with friends. Good selection of tapas. Shared 4 plates (larger than average portions) and everything was wonderful. Nice little outdoor area when the weather is fine.

Stopped in for Restaurant Week Prix Fixe Menu. Such a great deal!! 8 courses for $36. Romantic ambiance, easy to talk, great music. Had the diver scallops, lamb meatballs, Nia salad, crab cakes and cremè brûlée. Bottomless sangria for an additional $20 was an awesome bargain. Staff was on point and very efficient. Highly recommend and will return. My friend and I stopped in while very hungry. The tapas style menu is awesome!! We ordered probably 3/4's of the menu!! I highly recommend the cevichè, scallops, lamb chops, the Bi... read more

Nia is a taps style spot in the west loop that specializes in Eastern Mediterranean cuisine. Everything we sampled was really tasty. Try the lamb and feta meatballs, the cauliflower gratin, and the beef brochette. Really friendly service. We will be back.

Always good! Your Bacon Wrapped Dates brought my friend and I from the otherside of town; we'd already had dinner at another cafe.
