I was in the process of buying another property of mine and realized that the lender fees, I was recommended by the real estate agent, are extremely high. I immediately reached out to Nick and his team from Guaranteed Rate, with whom I was working in the past on the other purchase. Nick was amazing. We needed to switch lenders ten days prior to close, and he made sure it happened. The first time I spoke with him, he explained how we could do it, and was so wonderful actually spending time and making sure I understood how the process was going to happen (which was SO much more than we got from our other lender). By the end of the day, he had an inspection scheduled. I seriously cannot recommend Nick enough, or give him enough stars!!! He and his team were absolutely incredible - and, we closed on time.

Nick was the best lender I have worked with by far. He is professional, quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable of the entire process. This is not my first time using him and it will definitely not be my last. Any questions I had he called me immediately to discuss and answer anything I had for him.
