Nick's personality and enthusiasm alone helped seal the deal with me. He says what he means and means what he says. I needed my loan approved in less than 30 days. I was referred to Nick by my awesome realtor. I have purchased my first (2015) and second(08/2018) home with Nick and I must say Nick and his team are great. I had plenty of questions and Nick was always there to answer them, even very late after business hours. If any issues came up where it could potentially cause a delay in my closing, Nick always had a resolution. Both of my closing closed very smoothly and on time thanks to Nick amd his team. Nick was fabulous from day 1! This is the second time using Nick to purchase a home and the process was flawless and very easy. He took time to call and explain everything in easy-to-understand language. All of Nick's assistants were quick, organized, and very friendly. Working with Nick Morse was a pleasure. He challenged me to contact multiple loan authorities to ensure he was giving me the best overall loan. He was right. When it came to executing the loan, everything went flawless. He over communicated who to talk to and when. Nick also always provided two or three contacts at all times that were overseeing my loan, whom were available to answer my questions accurately.

Nick and his team are AMAZING!!! They worked outside of normal office hours and were always there if I had a question. Their response rate is phenomenal and professional. Nick and his team made our home-buying/selling transition smooth and easy! Everything was completed when they said it would be or sooner.
