Nick and his team are just awesome!! They were highly professional and very knowledgeable and an overall pleasure to work with. This was the 2nd home I had the pleasure to work with Nick on purchasing and I can not say enough about how great he is. He made sure that everything was taken care in a timely fashion and gave me peace of mind. I will use him again when/if I move again and Highly recommend him. If you want someone that will get the job done and done right then this is the lender you want.

I’ve purchased homes in 3 different states. This was my 1st home purchase in Illinois. I have to say Illinois is the most complicated I’ve ever been involved in. With that being said, Nick made this a smooth painless transaction. He is very knowledgeable and was prompt with answers to my many questions. I was glad he was on my side!

I began working with Nick after doing some comparison shopping for loan services. Nick was able to find lower rates than others I evaluated so we decided to use him, and was not sorry. The documentation they requested was reasonable and easy to provide, and things were so straight forward, I had very few questions. Nick Morse and his team (Amy, Pamela) are simply superb. I can't thank them enough. The whole process of securing a home loan was smooth and detailed. every question was answered, each query was handled professionally. The communication throughout the process was seamless. Nick always finds the best rates, and he and his team have been very helpful at guiding us through the loan process to make sure everything goes smoothly.
