I've uses Nick Morse twice in the past two years for three different loans and in each instance the loan product was exactly as he said it was and the loans were funded on time. I write this review 3+months after we closed hoping Nick would keep his word but unfortunately he hasn’t and this review explains how. We went through the home purchase process with Nick in early 2018 ultimately closing in March 2018. I was given Nick’s information by my realtor and contacted him to quote me rates on a 30yr fixed, conventional loan with 20% down payment.
