I chose to list my house with Nick because of the great job he did when he helped me buy it. There were multiple areas of the house that needed updates, and Nick introduced me to contractors who were able to complete the work. Since I lived outside of Columbus this was a great relief, and a huge help. Nick is the best realtor I have ever met! The house went into contract the same day it was listed. Thank you Nick!

Nick is the best real estate agent I ever worked with, by far. My prior agent was ok, but made me feel that the whole process was about her. With Nick, it was the exact opposite. He knew what we needed to get the house ready, and photographed it beautifully. Had a lot of traffic on the real estate web sites and plenty of showings. This activity converted into a quick sale. Nick is the best agent I ever worked with, and no one else is even close.

Nick is our realtor for life. He helped us buy our first home 10 years ago and just helped us buy our second home. We were in a position where we were told by another realtor that we would have to pay money to get out of our house because of a downturn in the market. I'm not sure how it all happened (lol) . . . but in less than two months, I now own my Forever Home! Nick Vlasidis was by my side all the way (even on the day of close). Nick takes into heart one's concerns, needs, desires and makes sure all goes well from start to finish (even through those roller coaster rides between the seller & buyer) and beyond!
