As first time home buyers Nick did an outstanding job showing us the ins and outs of buying a house; he knows the Columbus market very well and was very honest with his feedback to us with all the houses we viewed about price, neighborhoods and condition. Nick's very personable, will always make time to meet with you and is prompt when answering questions, which my wife had a lot of. I highly recommend using Nick!

Dave is very professional and extremely easy to work with. I was not in town when selling my condo, Dave helped me arrange cleaning, painting and fixing my deck steps, etc, so that I didn't need to worry about anything with my condo. Dave made the whole selling process smoothly and answered all my questions very patiently. I really appreciate his help on this and I highly recommend Dave if anyone wants to buy or sell your property.

Nick was the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. He was constantly working to get me the very best deal I could get. He was available at all hours of the day and took the time to talk to me regardless of how busy his schedule was. I cannot recommend Nick enough! He went above and beyond to help us sell our rental property. He was our agent when we first purchased the property too. He talked us through everything and took time to explain the pros and cons, always looking out for our best interest. When it was time to buy our new home, we enlisted Nick's help again.
