Old Price Pfister shower Faucet leaks now more than before. Advise not to use for faucet repair. The plumber wants the job to replace the whole valve assembly for$ 1000s instead of repairing it for $100s. The man was capable but not careful as I would have preferred. The valve was broken but I wish I had completed the repair myself I am afraid. You do not always get what you pay for.
They replaced a PVC pipe with a copper one on a point of pressure where the previous one broke. But the simply shifted the problem 3 inches down. I complained to the plumber, and he acknowledged that was a problem. But he said that for now it would be fine. Now I will have to fix it properly. On top of that they did not show up on time during the scheduled 2-hour window. I had to call them. They gave me another window later and they still did not make it. I could not get hold of Plummer that came out for the estimate to schedule time to do the job. I left 4 messages with this company over a period of 3 days. I was told that I would get a callback. I finally told his supervisor on the third day that I had to move forward with hiring another Plummer. I was charged 49 dollars for the estimate with the agreement that it would get credited towards the work. Since I had to hire another company I basically lost my money.
I had an issue with the company, they refused to give a quote for anything, are overpriced, did not clean tub after. Good thing drain is open now.
Called 20 minutes before the end of the time window to tell me they were running **an hour or so** behind.
I originally called Nick's Plumbing to fix a kitchen faucet that I could not fix myself. David had it repaired in about 5 minutes. I was embarrassed that I couldn't figure it out myself. I figured that while he was there, I'd ask some questions about our hot water supply. He checked our water heater to find it was 12 years old. It had never been serviced. Extremely disappointed with the cost of the repair for the amount of work involved. Especially in light of the fact that I became his helper by default. The tech also broke a glass light fixture and only offered a minimal discount. Will not be recommending Nicks Plumbing to anyone. Especially senior citizens!
They spent the day here, but did not find a connection that my housekeeper knew of which made their service unnecessary

I had a bad seal on garbage disposal had to be fixed right away. I was charged me for a new install and it took him 15 minutes then charged $300.
