Overall, a good experience. The plumber who shows up, Hebert, was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the company told me they would send someone to my home between 10 and Noon. Therefore, I scheduled my day around this. However, 15 minutes before noon I called the company to see if the plumber was on the way as I had heard nothing from them. Wasn't there when the work was done. This is the only company that called me back.
Charged $300 to replace a shower faucet cartridge that cost $85 and takes 5 min to install using a screwdriver for one screw!
Grate job replacing mane sewer line (60 ft.), tunneling 5 feet under the slab to reroute kitchen/laundry drains, and reroute new sewer line from kitchen/ laundry drains through backyard to sewer mane (80 ft.).
