Fast, same day appointment. Unfortunately, the price for the job is quite expensive. Clogged sink and garbage disposal $160 for 30 min work.

I called Nick's Plumbing because I was getting a code on my water heater to replace the heating elements. When I made the appointment, I gave the person on the phone the Brand, Model # and even the Serial #. When the repair person came to my home, we were told that Nick's Plumbing doesn't carry parts for a Whirlpool water heater. So why did they come to my house, if they don't carry the parts? I had a bit more knowledge on the installation of the faucet, so thought that odd.
There was an easy fix to my problem that would have been free and the plumber didn't try it first. Instead he tried a part that cost $110. Then when it didn't work, he tried the free option. Also, I had to wait a week to have it fixed but it could have been fixed on the first visit.
They ran several hours late without calling me. The technician was a nice gentleman but some of their pricing seemed outrageous. When they left, I had to do some minor plumbing tasks to finish the job they started. I would hesitate to use them again.
Work was professional, as was the technician. However, he was nearly three hours late (than the window spedified) and we were not notified that he was running late.
Overall, a good experience. The plumber who shows up, Hebert, was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the company told me they would send someone to my home between 10 and Noon. Therefore, I scheduled my day around this. However, 15 minutes before noon I called the company to see if the plumber was on the way as I had heard nothing from them.
