Dr London didn’t explain any risks or cons of having surgeries, he didn’t explain anything at all prior to the invasive surgeries. You have to try to figure out all the exact questions to ask and there’s almost no way of knowing exactly all the cons and bad things that can happen if you proceed without him looking out for you the patient in this regard. My vision cuts out now and is blurry and the original problem that the surgeries was supposed to fix is worse, overall my quality of life is much worse after the surgeries he... read more
Worthless and damaging surgery. Does NOT tell you about all the cons ahead of time.
This place is a waste of time, a bunch of appointments where you wait on average 2-3 hours for about a 3-5 minute appointment where you learn nothing.

Basically a bunch of appointments where you learn almost nothing.
Expectation management needs to be improved. You think something will be one way and then it is very different.
Snagging an appointment with this specialist is difficult, especially for his Hillcrest office. I had to chase him to offices around the county. I was surprised to learn that my full record with images might not be available to him at his La Jolla office. It was unclear if my eyes would be diluted. They were and without warning I had to drive home 20 miles in a bright late afternoon sunset. Staff is friendly and visits are long to get info they need. I asked about chronic bloodshot eyes, said it wasn’t his domain. He should ... read more
Business response:
Thank you for sharing your experience. I understand how scheduling challenges, unexpected dilation, and record access issues could be frustrating, and I am sorry parts of your visit felt unclear. I am only in the Hillcrest office two half days per month, which makes appointments there limited. I agree that expectations around dilation and records should be explained more clearly, and I appreciate your feedback.

The exam was rushed so there were some surprises after. Not accurate overall. Doesn’t explain anything that’s actually going on.
