Excellent service. After being outright lied to by our local Nissan dealership in Salem, Oregon, we started contacting other dealers and Joe Ramirez responded immediately and got us into a 2023 Leaf. Even though we were 75 miles away, he made sure the car was ready and helped us remotely until we could get up to the dealership. Once there, he made sure we didn't rush and took the time to study the car before buying. The finance manager, Hamid Safavi, was also incredibly helpful even though we were at the end of their day and worked with our lender to get the paperwork squared away, and is working across state lines to try and transfer plates from an old vehicle. Cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with an honest crew, and they restored the faith destroyed by our local dealer.

Working with John Mann was a pleasure. He went the extra mile to find us a vehicle that met our needs and at price we could manage. He went so far as to look at incoming inventory. He found what we were looking for. Purchased with no idea what the vehicle drove like or what looked like other than pictures. Thanks John for all you’ve done.
