"I had a good experience. The staff members were nice,..." I had a good experience. The staff members were nice, friendly and took time to explain things. It is nice that they give you recommendations with quotes at the end and don’t pressure you into anything.

"I feel I wasn’t told the truth about a tire sensor issue,..." I feel I wasn’t told the truth about a tire sensor issue, but like the staff and my service tech. I liked the service Dept better when they would show me what was going on with issues my truck has, but just print it on paper with a price. It’s hard to understand when I can’t actually see the issues for myself.

"I'm always happy with the service I receive at the..." I'm always happy with the service I receive at the dealership. I bought my car here 3 years ago and while that experience wasn't my favorite the service department makes up for it!
