"Quick, friendly service. Diagnosed my vehicles problem..." Quick, friendly service. Diagnosed my vehicles problem correctly and promptly. Have been very happy with my Nissan Cube, have almost 100,000 miles on it. Wish Nissan still made the Cube.

"My appointment was minimal as I only needed batteries for..." My appointment was minimal as I only needed batteries for my key fob and then new windshield wipers. The service was excellent. Actually the pre-service was generated because my key fob battery went dead and I didn’t know how to start my car. That customer service person was excellent in walking me through how to get my car started and then I drove directly to the Nissan dealership.

"Curtis at this dealership is amazing. Sales people are..." Curtis at this dealership is amazing. Sales people are rude and dont have great customer service. Corey I believe at service also acts like he dont care. The only reason why I would recommend service is cause of Curtis. He has an amazing customer service and I feel like he truly cares when I leave out of there. He answered everything I ask.

"I called and talked with Curtis regarding what was..." I called and talked with Curtis regarding what was happening with my vehicle -- the same thing that had happened in February 2020 only with a different ignition coil. He promptly got my vehicle in for service and the problem was fixed that same day and earlier than the time promised. I've dealt with Curtis on several occasions. He always listens, explains his answers to my questions if I don't understand, and is courteous,

The SCory Ellis was outstanding, very professional and friendly. He took the time to research prior scheduled maintenance performed to ensure no duplication of maintenance being added. I like this feature Nissan has of being networked to all maintenance centers.
