"Online Excellence" The new online appointment procedure is outstanding. It allows me, the customer, to select the items I prefer to service. The maintenance staff performed exactly what I requested plus an overall factory inspection. The staff are friendly, the facilities are clean and conveniently located with easy access when coming from my location.

"2020 Nissan Murano. Relaxed atmosphere.Not the usual..." 2020 Nissan Murano. Relaxed atmosphere. Not the usual back & forth long drawn out process. They met the purchase price we requested on the vehicle we wanted. Each person we worked with was patient helpful & respectful. No pressure, no threats of loosing the deal. We came & went from the dealership three times and test drove three different vehicles. We are very pleased with the murano and satisfied we got a fair deal.

"Great experience" My overall experience at Alan Webb Nissan was truly great. I went in for a scheduled service and it all happened very fast and smoothly. Cory was efficient and thorough in all aspects of the paperwork and addressing my concerns/questions. He demonstrated a genuine interest in my car condition and provided me with a detailed explanation on what they will do during this visit. "People of their word" Everything I have been told has worked out as stated, from the sale to the service. There was only one energetic lower salesman that tried to up sell a feature already on the car but the sales manager ignored him and all was well. The service departed did help upgrade my car with some additional features I wanted to add, with a friendly and professional work standard. Oh yes, there was that smile. Thanks Curtis.

"Not real pleased with the sales experience" At the sales department the guy I was dealing with was not very helpful with details concerning operation of the vehicle. When we reached a verbal agreement on the sales transaction the man at the counter wrote up the agreement incorrectly twice and at the last minute attempted to add on $350 for something about the blinking rear break lights. I did not go for that
