"Competent" I have only used the service dept for service on the 2016 Leaf I had leased from Allen Webb. My Rogue that I just bought from them hasn't required service yet.

"Very Courteous, friendly staff" Easy to set up appointments, always greeted with a welcome and a friendly hello. One is kept updated about what is going ond and when it is complete everything is clearly explained.
