"Oil change" Made an appointment That took few weeks to get into. However, once I was there they were quick, efficient, and done in a timely manner.

"Transmission replacement " We were having trouble with our car stalling. No codes were coming up in the diagnostic. After agreeing to have them drop the pan they found metal shavings throughout. Curtis was so helpful working with the Nissan corporate office to get our transmission replacement taken care of under warranty. Once that was approved he completed the job in just a few days. Very professional and responsive. He was the best mechanic we have ever worked with.

"first service" I had my first service of my 2018 frontier and was very happy by the way that I was treated by staff. everything was explained very well and the out come was outstanding.

"Great Car, but was it worth the trouble?" We have been looking for a low cost car for my daughter who heads to college soon. We were surprised to find a major dealer with just such a vehicle. 2010 Versa under 5k. We began communicating with the dealership via email, and it took about 2 weeks to get to see the car. When we got their, the staff treated us well and the car was what was advertised (although it had not yet been detailed, an odd thing after two weeks). "Good service" I have been very happy with my experience so far. Always courteous and friendly. The job gets done in reasonable time. Always offer extra services, but no hard sell.

"Good department that needs more attention " This department is always friendly. I wish there were a few more protocols when you check in. Having anyone else greet guests while the service department is helping Other customers. They are always busy. Move a printer into the service department desk area. They have to leave their desks and customers to run to the back to print anything. Every transaction needs to be printed, so this is extra ridiculous. "Taylor Goes Above And Beyond" I came in just a few days ago! Taylor was/is absolutely wonderful. He not only found me a car but he helped me with financing! As if that wasn't enough he drove for over 4 hrs one way for my paperwork! I have told Taylor just in helping me alone he is on his way to bigger and better life! Taylor is going to be a General Manager if not Owner of a his own Dealership! I have never seen anyone go this far for a car sale! I am spreading the word!!
